She has a successful track record in customer service/ presales, business strategy, planning, and management across varied industry verticals.

She has facilitated the growth of several young leaders through coaching & mentoring increasing the leadership quotient of organizations.  She has leveraged seamlessly operational excellence, production management systems and people development capabilities for the benefit of the ITES sector. She has made significant contribution to developing knowledge management systems in the organizations.

In her pursuit of making difference to Training and Organization Effectiveness assignments she brings to fore her knowledge of executable methodologies and the customer insight. Her proven expertise in deploying customer retention strategies results in high impact interventions.

Sudha’s son is pursuing law and daughter is in a High School. A passionate singer she loves to run for fitness and thrill.
