“No coach has ever won a game by what he knows; it's what his players know that counts”, knowledge expands when disseminated has been a one-liner which Roma has stuck by through her days in training and development. 

An ICWA by qualification, a financial expert by experience, and a trainer and coach by choice, Roma has spent over a decade in coaching and development through a host of interventions for junior and mid-management executives. Her passion for excellence coupled with a desire to coach has won her rave reviews in the financial and service sectors.

She unwinds by routinely practicing yoga and bonding with her daughter Trisha, she is based out of Hyderabad.
