Puneeta brings over 10 years of experience in a diverse set of industries including Airlines, Insurance, Telecom and Logistics. She has played key roles in Operations and customer service functions, delivering both complex Finance & Accounting processes as well as managing large contact centers. Effectively managing teams and ensuring process excellence has been the key to her success.

In addition to her operations role, she had exposure to HR Systems viz., Recruitment; Performance Management, Compensation, Training & Development and Employee Engagement.

She believes that what sets your product apart is the exceptional service you offer.  She balances her role as a home maker and mother of a 3 year old along with her professional aspirations.  Her interests include reading, choreography, dramatics, swimming and health & fitness.  She is based in Hyderabad.
