Pooja had one of her employers describe her as a ‘firebrand’. She brings with her a systematic approach at setting up the entire HR function right from scratch. She has worked in Indian as well as multinational organizations and understands the peculiarities and sensitivities of both these Worlds. Setting up and building HR processes from the scratch remain her key contributions in the career. HR Systems & Processes, compensation management, training and development, employee engagement, career planning are her key strengths in this field. A Gold medalist in her full time MBA program, she is determined to apply her skills and blend it with the creative ideas for offering an intelligent solution to clients.

She has given up her last assignment as Head - HR to take up a role with Potentia that will expose her to the challenging role of a Consultant and offer her the flexibility to spend more time with family. She lives with her 3 year old son, husband and in-laws in Mumbai. She enjoys trekking, blogging and experimenting in the kitchen and believes that they all add up to the ‘fun factor’ in work and life
