With about 8 years of experience in Human Resources Management & Organisational Development, Neha brings a keen understanding of HR functions and a knack of making processes work for organisations.  

She is passionate about people and their dynamics. Her education and years of experience in HR across countries has sensitised Neha to the latent needs and requisite frameworks in the industry. She is certified coach of Emotional Capital Report, Caliper Trait Profiling and exposed to a range of psychometric applications.

She currently lives in Hyderabad with her husband and 4 year old son. No stranger to stress, she takes it in her stride and rejuvenates her spirits with music. She is also an avid reader.
