Mrunal brings with him experience and learning from Corporate Sales, Marketing & Training with an overall work experience of over 17 years.
He re-defined his career as a facilitative Trainer to follow his passion. He implements the Magic Methodology [by SMR, Malaysia] and his understanding of andragogy principles in all his training workshops.
A believer in self development and growth, Mrunal has acquired various certifications such as - Certified Professional Trainer from SMR, Malaysia; Fundamentals of Ontological Coaching [ICF recognized], Coaching for Breakthrough Performance from SMR, Malaysia, Trainer for Certificate in Innovative Teaching. He has also acquired knowledge in Instructional Design Principles.
His core training offerings are in the area of: Coaching & Feedback, Managerial Styles and Delegation, Problem Solving, Train-the-Trainer, Presentation & Facilitation Skills and customized programs as per clients’ needs.
Mrunal holds a B.E. (Specialization in Production Engineering) from Mumbai University along with a Diploma in Business Management & a Diploma in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
As one who strives for a healthy work-life balance, Mrunal is a proponent of ISHA Yoga & regularly practices pranayam, loves to play badminton and is an avid photographer. He is passionate about- Self Development & Making a Difference!
