Gaurav is a Senior Consultant in Potentia’s Mumbai office. He has done extensive work helping organisations realise their strategic goals through people processes and practices. His consulting work spans client organisations across diverse sectors like BFSI, Pharma, Petroleum, FMCG, Agriculture, Outsourcing and Technology Services etc. and he has facilitated workshops for participants from across US, UK, Africa, Latin America, Asia etc.
Gaurav has worked on transformational projects impacting business outcomes through multiple areas like Goal Setting and cascade, JD, KRA and KPI articulation, People Strategy, HR Audit, People Policies, Leadership Competencies, Leadership Development Programs, deployment of 360-degree feedback for leadership development, Competency Based Interviewing workshops, Performance Management Policy, Reward and Recognition design including Variable Pay plan designs, Employee Engagement interventions, Team Building interventions etc.
Gaurav brings more than 10 years of experience and comes with a holistic view of Change Management and Human Resources Management having managed the entire employee life cycle and worked across Specialist, Generalist and Strategic roles. Prior to joining Potentia, Gaurav managed the HR function at HSBC Global Asset Management, the Asset Management arm of HSBC Group in India and worked as a Specialist in Performance Management and Compensation and Benefits team at Axis Bank, India’s leading private sector Bank.
Electronics engineer by qualification, Gaurav has done his Post-Graduation in Human Resources Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. He lives in Mumbai, loves to drive and occasionally dabbles in ancient Indian philosophy.
