Avanindra, a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience, started his career with a Telecom giant. Spent a decade with technology, he has experienced flavours of various roles ranging from Engineer, Team Lead, Assistant Project Manager, and Business Development. During this journey, he has worked with people from senior management to front-line teams. This has given him a broad perspective of understanding individual needs, and he learnt to mould himself according to the individual he is interacting with. His last role with Ericsson saw him playing a pivotal role in bagging one of the biggest projects from a very reputed client in USA and that project is still ongoing.
Avanindra has received several awards in his corporate career for leading team in an exemplary manner, reduced customer escalations and increased customer satisfaction. He swears by his mantra of sales - To never try to sell anything to a client but give them enough and more reasons to buy products as ‘people don’t like to be sold to, but they love to buy.’
Avanindra joined Potentia as he has always wanted to be part of a team where he can contribute in growing business and forming strategies for his organization.
His hobbies include interacting with new people, exploring new places and reading books.
