A niche Software Development Company has its India Centre supporting their American parent. Their mid-level managers spend a considerable amount of time on conference calls and meetings. Our interactions revealed that a number of billable hours were being wasted due to lack of proper planning, scheduling and poor communication skills often frustrating the parent company in the US and their clients.
