In life every day is a routine and once in while come some defining moments. These moments set the direction for the rest of our life. 'Appreciative Enquiry' was one such defining moment for the core Team at Beam Cable. We have started exploring the positive strengths of every team member, appreciating individual and team achievements, celebrating our successes. We feel more closely knit as team than ever before. Personally this attitude of the team, gives me a lot of confidence to grow and expand without fear.

The program helped Mithapur to identify few qualities which were lying nascent and turned out to be great positives for us.
