Dr. Bijal Sheth

Bijal is a passionate HR professional having 15 years of experience in HR, OD, L&D & Psychometric Instruments. She is a true believer of the “hedge hog concept”, (Good to Great-Jim Collins).

A post graudate in Psychology and HR, holds an LLB degree and has recently completed PhD in Organization Development. She started her career as a Lecturer, moved on to HR roles, and worked with Companies across multiple industries like Education, Aviation, Telecom Captive Center, FMCG and Pharma (Mithibai College, Jet Airways, 3G, HUL and Watson).

She has led projects in the area of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Competency Mapping, Employee Capability Building, and Performance Management. She has conducted over 300 training workshops and trained over 4000 people on Time Management, Business Etiquette, Intelligent Communication, Team Building, Change Management, Stress Management and Motivation.

She has a passion to teach which has led her to associate as a visiting faculty for Organizational Behavior & Social Psychology with one of the India’s leading research and teaching institution.(NMIMS)

Bijal is born, brought up & settled in the western suburbs of Mumbai. She is a fitness freak and passionate about running marathons. She loves to dance and travel. Her husband is a stock broker.
