Her deep understanding of people dynamics in an organization, coupled with over 10 years of experience across diverse industries (Telecom, BPO, Banking and Consulting) in Sales, Operations, Training and HR domains. Her unique contributions to different organizations bear testimony to her understanding of implementation realities for HR systems in different environments, empathetic listening, purposeful interactions with different stakeholders and commitment to timely completion of projects. Her key contributions have included ramping up teams through systematic recruitment, orientation and on-boarding programs, organization design, policy formulation etc. When she trains soft-skills, her sessions are fun-filled with effortless learning for the participants.

She is a qualified Business Management graduate. Anupama, idealizes the renowned author Louise L. Hay and strongly believes that - “The thoughts we choose to think are the tools we use to paint the canvas of our lives."

She lives in Mumbai. Spending time with her 6 year old son and indulging in child-like activities and playing with him keeps her young, creative and ever enthusiastic.
