His areas of expertise are Operations, Sales & Marketing and Client Relationship Management. Ajay has a penchant for training and is certified in Corporate Etiquette. He has been involved extensively in product and behavioral training, recruiting and coaching people to build high performing teams. A Postgraduate in Marketing & Human Resources, Ajay is certified in General Management (Strategy and Leadership) from IIM Ahmedabad.
